Jubilee River Thames pageant - Kate Middleton in Alexander McQueen, The Queen in Angela Kelly and Price William in uniform decorated with medals (Insert Swoon Here)

Although the weather was cloudy, the Duchess of Cambridge brightened up the proceedings  wearing a vibrant Alexander McQueen frock with long sleeves and a ladylike pleated skirt,  she paired up her bright red ensemble with her favourite nude LK Bennett heels, a red clutch and matching Sylvia Fletcher hat from James Lock & Co.
The dress came from the McQueen's Pre-Fall 2011 collection and has previously been seen on Tulisa Contostavlos and Kim Kardashian

But Sarah Burton has customised the design for Kate, adding demure long sleeves and a suitably modest knee-skimming hemline and that’s Princess power!

Princes William and Harry were both looking stunning in military outfits

The Duchess wore her hair half up and half down

The Queen was perfect in Angela Kelly coat and dress plus signature black Launer handbag. The monarch’s official dresser spent a whooping 12 months planning the outfit and it was reminiscent of the Queen's Coronation day, and as Karl Lagerfeld said 'It is hard to imagine a different outfit that the Queen could have sported better'. (I totaly agree with the King)

Camilla elegant, wearing a creamy ensemble by Anna Valentine paired up with a Phillip Treacy hat
Princess Beatrice who wore a silver and navy dress with a coat from Marni and sister Eugenie in a coral Roland Mouret dress.

Pippa chose navy and cream for her pageant outfit
