Patricia Field got Carrie Bradshaw's famous and chic tutu for $5

Costume designer Patricia Field on a intervew for the Archive of American Television, she talked about her work as a costume designer for Sex and the City and shared precious information about same of the iconic item that make Carrie well Carrie, like the necklace and the tutu.
That's a small segment of what she said -

The big thing from the early days that stood out for me was the tulle skirt.
We were going to shoot the opening credits, and so there were conferences about it and so on.
I was in a showroom and there was a bucket on the floor, for like, five dollars each or something, and I pull out this tulle skirt, and I'm like, 'I don't know, let's just take this.
We'll see.'
So when I showed it to Sarah Jessica, she loved it. And I said, 'Okay, so we'll put it with a little t-shirt," and she loved it. She felt it.
And then we had to convince Darren [Star, the show's producer]! He didn't get it. I don't blame him—it's not his thing.
And we were coming to him with something strange, in his mind. So we had to convince him.
Well, me and Sarah Jessica put out an all-out campaign for it, and that helped.
But the story is that we had four options, and we shot two, or maybe three. And because of the bus and the water, there were maybe five shot of each one.
And in the end, they chose that one."

Black Diamond Nail Polish - The ultimate fine jewel

That's the most expensive nail polish - it contains 267-carats of black diamonds by luxury jeweler Azature from LA and it has been priced at $250,000.
Unfortunately only one bottle will be produced of this luscious black glittering tiny bottle of varnish.
Azature called it the 'ultimate fine jewel' and added " 'One day I thought, "why not showcase this style on nails?" So I developed a Black Diamond Nail Polish with the same attention and quality as my jewelry in order to preserve the elegance of the black diamond.'
But there will be a budget-friendly versions, priced at $25 and it will be stocked in Fred Segal stores throughout Los Angeles..if you can't resist!

I think I only stopped smiling when I got into fashion. [Laughs.]

Victoria Beckham as Glamour's First-Ever Guest Editor on the September 2012 cover.

She has revealed to be a fan of 50 Shades of Grey ( she is already onto the steamy second installment of the three-part series, Fifty Shades Darker.)

She's so glamorous! as she models her own dress collection!
Victoria thought about editing the prestigious September issue -
'It’s been exciting for me to see my ideas come to life, from type colors to photo selection to casting.

She even created her own list for the magazine's regular 'Don’ts' column: 'Boat shoes (unless of course you’re designer Alber Elbaz or on a boat!), Bermuda shorts, nose rings, Crocs, and American tan tights (that’s nude pantyhose to you).'
How cool it's that!

She also opened up about why she rarely smiles for photographers, saying it has become part of her image now she's a designer.
"Do you know, I don’t know?! I actually used to smile a lot in pictures. I think I only stopped smiling when I got into fashion. [Laughs.] Fashion stole my smile! I’ve created this person. And I’m not saying that’s not me, but I wouldn’t say that’s the whole me…. It’s an armor that goes up."
